Steve takes the time to listen to his clients’ stories and experiences, while implementing a clear and concise plan of achieving their American Dream.
Steve is also able to utilize his experience in helping clients deal with all aspects of family and matrimonial law. Through the use of compassion and understanding, Steve applies his experiences both outside and inside the courtroom to connect to his clients during one of the most difficult and emotional times of their lives. He is able to engage his clients by making sure they have complete knowledge and understanding of what is happening with their case. As a family and matrimonial law attorney, Steve skillfully guides clients from separation through divorce, mediation, parentage, child support, allocation of parental responsibilities (formally known as custody), spousal support, property division and other child-related matters. Steve understands the complex aspects of family and matrimonial law and is deeply committed to help his clients through the emotionally difficult and financial uncertain process in the most expedient and least stressful way.
Prior to working for the Law Offices of Naheed A. Amdani, P.C., Steve’s background also included defending clients charged with various criminal and traffic offenses, and helping his clients deal with unemployment related issues. Applying objectivity and calmness, Steve prides himself on being able to work hard and efficiently to resolve cases without the involvement of litigation.
Steve is a graduate of DePaul University and The John Marshall Law School. Besides English, he is fluent in Russian. Steve is licensed to practice in Illinois and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. He maintains active membership in the following bar associations:
